Liverpool turn attention to Sarr after Brighton reject Minteh bids

The Anfield club had offers of 50 million and 60 million pounds turned down by Brighton for 22-year-old Minteh, prompting them to explore a move for Sarr instead.

Although Sarr scored 21 goals last season and has Premier League experience, Crystal Palace are reportedly not open to selling the Senegal attacker during this transfer window.

Liverpool are also in talks with Paris St-Germain over France winger Bradley Barcola as they look to make two signings before the transfer deadline.

Crystal Palace manager Pierre Sage stated that he expects Sarr to stay and also addressed the uncertain future of French striker Jean-Philippe Mateta.
