Tottenham have completed the loan signing of Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk until the end of the season. The agreement includes an option for Spurs to make the 25-year-old Ukraine international's transfer permanent for £75m.
The move reunites Mudryk with Spurs manager Roberto de Zerbi, who previously managed him at Shakhtar Donetsk. De Zerbi stated that he knows exactly what the player can bring to the team through his speed and one-on-one abilities.
Mudryk expressed excitement about joining the squad, stating he wants to bring speed and creativity to help both defensively and offensively. He has not played a competitive match since November 2024 following the resolution of a doping case.
Mudryk becomes Tottenham's ninth signing of a busy summer transfer window. Spurs are also expected to complete the permanent signing of Chelsea defender Tosin Adarabioyo on deadline day.
