Manchester City agree £65m deal for Everton's Ndiaye

Manchester City have agreed a deal worth up to £65m to sign Everton winger Iliman Ndiaye. The agreement includes a guaranteed £60m plus £5m in add-ons.

The development follows the breakdown of a complex deal that would have seen Ndiaye join Tottenham while Richarlison moved in the opposite direction.

Richarlison ultimately failed to agree personal terms with Everton, causing Tottenham's pursuit of Ndiaye to fall through. Richarlison later released an emotional statement expressing frustration over his future.

Following the collapse, Tottenham opened talks to sign Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk on loan. Meanwhile, Manchester City moved for Ndiaye after a potential deal for Liverpool's Cody Gakpo stalled.
