Hamburg are currently in advanced talks to acquire Arsenal midfielder Fabio Vieira in a deal worth 10 million euros, equivalent to 8.6 million pounds.
Arsenal are actively seeking to offload the 26-year-old before the transfer deadline on Tuesday, with growing expectation at Emirates Stadium that an agreement will be reached.
The Portuguese midfielder originally joined Arsenal from Porto in 2022 for 34 million pounds, but he struggled to secure a regular spot, making only five Premier League starts out of 47 total appearances.
During the previous season, Vieira played on loan at Hamburg, making 29 Bundesliga appearances and scoring seven goals, following an earlier loan spell back at Porto during the 2024-25 campaign.
